As of 1st December 2020, we have entered to a new representation agreement with iMEMS Technology Srl, designing and producing high end Inertial Measurement Units IMU and MRU, a hybrid system that combines FPGA & DSP Processor to obtain an extreme high performance with fast processing time.
Motion sensor accurately measures heave motion, velocity, acceleration and angular orientation, for any rig, ship or vessel on which it is fitted.

Our company, in order facilitate compliance to Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships, 2009 which has been adapted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in 2020, and in collaboration with our principals, is binded to provide the necessary MD / SDoC forms, latest with despatching details or Invoice, for each case separately, where applicable, entering the details for any of the components or equipment supplied through our company which might contain any of the materials listed.
If supplied components or equipment contain none of the listed materials, "No" will be stated.
